Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the House of Cullen website.

UK Delivery

House of Cullen currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We currently offer the following delivery option:

Standard UK Delivery — £8.50
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days

We do not currently offer free delivery.

Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery timeframe is 2–4 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather or periods of high demand.

Unless we expressly agree a fixed delivery date with you, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate.

We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied when placing your order.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at annabel@houseofcullen.co.uk.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at annabel@houseofcullen.co.uk and we will investigate the delivery.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of change-of-mind return postage unless the goods are faulty, not as described, or we have agreed otherwise.
