I’ve always loved shopping and buying clothes. Fashion gives me a chance to be creative, and I get so much pleasure from finding a lovely piece and imagining how someone might wear it.

After leaving London and moving to Deal, I wanted to do something that would give back to the town I now call home. The idea for the shop grew from that wish, bringing together my love of clothes and the opportunity to meet people and be part of the local community.

One of the things I enjoy most is helping someone find the right pieces for them. Sometimes they know exactly what they’re looking for; other times, we find something together that they might never have thought to try.

Seeing someone leave the shop happy with their new purchases is such a lovely feeling. It’s those everyday conversations and small moments that make running the shop so rewarding.
